Elite Training Collective was an idea to bring together anybody and everybody who has goal of improving their overall fitness in life and providing them with the highest level of programming and coaching possible. From the twice a week gym enthusiast to the athlete looking to qualify for the Crossfit games the quality of programming they receive shouldn't change. With 8 years of programming and coaching experience, and 4 years as a head coach at ForgeX Athletic Training our creator Travis Laitar brings this experience to create well rounded programs that will help you reach whatever your fitness goals are. Strength and Conditioning is a science and what Travis has learned across different training disciplines such as; professional and college athletes, functional fitness classes, return to life after injury, as well as many other, is that the proper program matters. Which Program is right for me?
This program is intended for anyone who is looking to compete in the sport of fitness, whether it is local competitions or making it to the next level of the Crossfit season. This is a fully encompassing competitive program that will include your strength training, gymnastics skills, metcons, zone 2 training, accessory work, and weightlifting. The training blocks are scheduled around the Crossfit Games season to make sure you are peaking at the right time to have your best season yet!
ETC Complete Fitness is perfect for the casual fitness enthusiast who is looking to improve their overall fitness level and in turn their overall quality of life! This program includes four days per week of training and will cover everything from strength training, many different types of cardio, Interval training and flexibility. Over a full year you'll be exposed to many different fitness protocols to keep your journey fun and interesting as well as allowing you to improve all aspects of your physical health!
Remote personal training is the closest you can get to working one on one with a coach while still heading to the gym on your schedule. Your workout program will be designed specifically around your goals and needs. This can range from 1-5 workouts per week with any and all fitness goals accounted for! Connect with your Coach through your app to ask questions or get feedback on your technique. Intake form required for this program so send us an email to start this process.
If you are looking to work in person with your own trainer we have lots of weekly availability to meet you needs. Personal training clients receive individualized program as well as getting to work 1 on 1 with our Head Coach Travis Laitar. With almost 10 years under his belt of working in the fitness industry it is safe bet that you will be receiving top level coaching as well as workout programming. If you have specific goals or find it difficult to navigate the gym on your own personal training might be just what you need.
